1. Should the Commission accept the 2018 Gas Affordability Program (GAP) annual reports of CenterPoint Energy Minnesota Gas (CPE), Northern States Power Company (Xcel), Minnesota Energy Resources Corporation (MERC), Great Plains Natural Gas Co. (GPNG) and Greater Minnesota Gas, Inc. (GMG)?
2. Should the Commission authorize CPE to reduce its GAP rate from $0.0441/Dth to $0.0001/Dth or $0.0000/Dth beginning October 1, 2019?
3. Should the Commission allow CPE to commence treating the GAP surcharge as an annual adjustment mechanism beginning October 1, 2019? (PUC: Ubani, Schwieger)
